My code error's out at:

[HTML][Open strPathName & "ftpscrpt.bat" For Output As #99/HTML]

Normally what happens, when code runs it would create my ftpscrpt.bat WITHOUT any issues, but today, its basically unable to locate the .BAT ********* This makes no sense

I need to know how to fix this or another way on how to re-write the code in order to create my ftpscrpt.bat. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
