Do you mean select a toggle button and show in a List Box or are you referring to a cascading menu such as you find on a web site? Do you have a sample image of what you are looking at to post here?

    My Dear,

Is to design a switchboard but not a traditional one.
I mean one like a normal windows softare has. In top line the options and when we select one option opens a cascade options to run certain procedure.

Hope you can get what I mean.

    Thanks and regards,
    Victor Hugo

I think we are saying the same thing but in Access you would need to use buttons and you can cascade the results in a List Box. The buttons would be across the top (Transparent) and the List Box directly underneath where you would make your selection.

    Dear Gina,

The idea is to use a form with Tab Control and under each page design the options. I understand a little beat but can you teach me with a sample and how for example I call a report under a list box control?

    Thanks for the help.

    Regards,
    Victor Hugo

I don't have a ready made sample and why would you need one, create it an then post back with what you need help with. You can upload your database. That said opening a report from a List Box is the same as opening a report from any other control. Are you saying you have not done that before?

Hmm, I just noticed are you still using Access 2002? I have not used that version in many moons and no longer have it loaded anywhere. I say that to say when you upload your sample file I won't be able to return because it might have issues opening in a lower version if the file gets returned.
