How to get data out of an Access Web Application Package (.app)

I have an Access Web application package that contains the application and data. With Access Web Apps no longer supported, I can not open the application package in Access to extract the data. Does anyone know of a way I can get to the data tables in the Access Web application package? The file extension is .app.

not sure you can. Only thing I can suggest is to see if you can link to the tables from another db
