Modification in dadabase without destrying it.

i have a old database accdb file with relationship between tables. I need to add a new table between two table but i am worried that may effect the front end since the query are designed on old relationship. Do i need to redesign each and every query . that is lots of work. is their a simple way to do it.

Presumably you're adding a junction table.
If that affects the query data then you may need to update query designs but it's not possible to give a definite answer based on that info.
If queries do need to be modified, you will have to do each one manually.

Suggest you make a copy of your database for testing and try it for yourself.

One thing to remember for the future is to thoroughly plan your database design before building anything.
Then you won't be in this situation again
    Good luck
