Charts won't print on one computer

I'm new to Access and have been developing a reporting system for a small industrial device. I have my reports working properly, displaying charts in layout and report view, but occasionally disappearing in print preview and the subsequent print.

I've tried all the google solutions I can find to no avail.

I just found out when I run Access on my laptop I don't have any problems printing the charts. The problem only occurs on my desktop.

My desktop is older but still running Windows 10, doesn't struggle with running Access, etc. Seems fine.

My laptop is almost new, also running Windows 10.

Ideas? I can do my work on my laptop if needed, but my desktop has a much greater setup for this type of work (multiple monitors, etc).

Have you tried making sure you only view Access on your main monitor?
I've seen it do some weird things when you spread it around multiple monitors, in particular hiding floating forms "off" screen.

I presume the two printers are different - in which case it is likely that some of the settings around margins will be different as well - which may put your chart to another page.

Suggest check your printer settings an also try printing to PDF, then print the PDF

I've been doing the work in Access on the main monitor and using the secondary monitor for information.

I should have mentioned, but I've been trying to print to PDF, not straight to the printer. Even export to PDF gives me the same result. I updated Acrobat and that didn't help anything either.

From your description, you are seeing a blank or incomplete page rather than no page at all. In which case almost certainly something to do with your settings, try making the reports a bit smaller. If it is a case of not seeing the opened pdf that may be due to multiple monitors in which case disconnect all but one monitor and see if it appears - beyond that I am out of ideas.

Attached is a sample report that I'm seeing. The box and formatting for the chart is there, but the space is empty.

I don't have a solution, only guesses - which boil down to settings or sizing. What have you tried? and what is the outcome?
