Barcode in Report

Hi everyone!

I hope someone can help me again with my barcode. My problem is, why is that my barcode won't show up in my print preview in report. My process would be like the one in picture below:



Once I enter Lot #, Details (department, model,qty,lot size) will be displayed and this is from my Table. When I click print button, Report will be displayed with a barcode near lot #. Report in design view is like the picture below.



But why is that when I click the 'Report View' there is no barcode there, May I know what will be the problem or do I need to put code, By the way the barcode is the details lot#, when i scan the barcode, it will display the lot size # details. Thank you in advance.

Exactly what are you using to display barcode? I think displaying barcodes requires special font install. Review http://www.officebarcode.com/access-barcoding.html

hi @june7, i already installed font code128 and code39, since this is japanese OS with microsoft barcode control 16.0 it also required to install strokescribe which is already installed in computer. May I know if there is still lack in my application in order to run barcode? thank you,

Sorry, that's the extent of my knowledge about barcodes in Access. Maybe someone else will contribute.

Make sure the barcode text box is bound to the field you want displayed e.g. Product number and format using the appropriate barcode font.
You will need a much larger font size otherwise it will be tiny. Try 48 point to start with
