I think you need to elaborate more on your set up.
    Is the DB Split?
are there separate Front ends on both computers?
Is the front end or back end corrupt?
It works OK on one computer and not the other?
    Is the network hard wired?

Also - where is the back end stored? on a local or remote server?

As a priority you need to
    1. determine why corruption is occurring
    2. Put in place a system for making regular backups - at least once a day - more frequently if needed depending on your data

If the DB is split and the FE shared by several users, it WILL get corrupted.
Similarly if its not split and shared by several users.

In both cases, your only course of action is to restore the FE from a backup as already mentioned.
Similarly if the BE is corrupted, restore from a backup

However, if you've done it properly, you will have a split DB where the BE is stored on the network & each user has their own copy of the FE on their hard drive.
If so, you have several possibilities.
    a) if the FE is corrupted on only 1 PC, replace with an uncorrupted copy from elsewhere
    b) decompile to remove any corrupt compile code than recompile & fix any code errors then compact
    c) copy all database objects into a new 'clean' database
