    for security reasons I'm not prepared to download something that has not been uploaded to this site so cannot see your db. Why can't you post your sql - as text and not an image - so responders can copy and paste - and if you are going to show an image then at least show the relevant part in full - DMax(" is not helpful.

    My guess is you need two counts - your original DMax plus a count based on the table with 4 records - something like

    DMax(".....) + DCount("ID","othertable","ID<=" & ID)

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
