    Form Refreshes/"Flickers" When Scrolling

I created a tabular form in Access that's based off of a query.

As of right now everything is working fine, but anytime you scroll left/right or up/down, the form "flickers" as if it's being refreshed/was just opened. This is incredibly hard on the eyes, and I would like to stop it if possible.

I tried making another form tied to the same source query without putting any code behind it and the issue persisted, so I know it's not an issue with my code.

It seems to do this more when scrolling left and right than it does up and down, if that means anything. If any additional information is required please let me know.

    Any help is appreciated!

Conditional formatting can cause this particularly if its a bit complicated, or there are large amounts of data in the underlying recordset.

The issue persists with and without conditional formatting. The amount of data in the form could be considered large, however, I do have another form with a similar size/amount of data that doesn't have this issue.

That being said, I take it there's no way to get rid of the issue?

Are there Dlookups() or other calculated controls?
Again with more data these are calculated almost on demand/form repaint on large datasets, and often better moved into the underlying queries.
