I created my database already and i create request so my problem is to to create in a data sheet form that will help me to create graphical form

I need help, then if someone have a solution to help me to transform y request in graphical form.

forms are for entering data.
a report (chart) will show graphs.
make a query to get the data you want,
then use the chart wizard to build the report.
