MSysObjects is a system table that cannot be directly edited.
Either use the linked table manager or write code to update the path for the linked tables.
MSysObjects will then be automatically updated.

screenshot is the Msysobject system field which store my database password.
When I run Linked table manager, all the field change to 'deleted'.
when I close and reopen access, the password still the old password in msysobject file.Click image for larger version.
