Lightbulb Pass changes from front end to back end

    Hi

I have split database to front end and back end. In FE I have few input forms where I can add or update existing records.
But all the changes I do in FE only change records in tables in FE.
Is there a possibility to link both FE and BE and make changes in back end?

Sounds like it wasn't split correctly. The front end shouldn't have local tables as a rule, just links to the back end tables. You can use the external data tab to link to them now.

Ok I think I know where is a problem. I have two tables f.e. "tblStock" and "NEWtblStock". tblStock is getting data from NEWtblStock. I have create module where I can choose new file and upload it to access (old file is delete automatically).
After that I use update query to refresh my tblStock records. Then link between two tables form FE and BE disappears.

Is there a way to re-link that connection?
