Im stuck - new project and cant figure out how to design it

Hey



Im struggling to understand how to build my new project.
To explain it as simply as possible, im building a profile of different people.

So far i have thse tables.
Person (contains names)
Email (contains email field)
Phone (contain phone numbers)
Address (contains post address)

But now when i start to build the form im getting stuck on how i want this to look.
I am so used to having just one very large table.
But i have read that it is better to have several small...
My previous project i had a large table with phone1, phone2, phone3, adress1, adress2, etc. for each row, and each row represented one person.

But i see the benefits of having adress for example in one table, then that person can have many more addresses and so on...

But i feel i am forced to use sub-forms in my profile form.
Is this the only way to work?
Or am i missing something?

Access, or any software, can not do anything you do not tell it.
You need to get some familiarity with database concepts.

One possible approach would be a main form for the Person.
Then on that form place a tab control with tabs for email, phone and address.
