    Get Data From Fingerprint Scanner

    Hi Guys



    is there is way to import data to an access table from a fingerprint scanner which connected via network upon a button click?

    data to be imported are
    1.User ID
    2.Name
    3.Date
    4.Actual T1
    5.Actual T2

    appreciate your comments on this.

    For Fingerprint scanning and storing results you can get general info via Google/Bing.

    Here is one source

    With Access do not use field names with embedded spaces. They will cause you grief with syntax issues.
    Use only alphanumerics and the underscore "_".
    Also name and date are reserved words in Access.
