    Vlad,

Thank you for your help. The code works great!

This works great when I open each activity. Is it possible to take this value and show it in a datasheet that acts as my dashboard? I would like my team to be able to see this value as values in a column along side their respective activity record. Currently I use a datasheet view to show various fields of the activities.

    Regards,

Yes, it is possible, you just need to adapt the formula (I assume you're "datasheet" has a record source encompassing the three tables -just change the reference to switch from forms (Me.) to tables.

    Cheers,
    Vlad

Glad you got it working. I'll mark the thread solved unless you have further issues.
