all the data is shown in a grid with zero effort by simply using a form...(single record or continuous form)
why do you want code to chop up the record into a single box?

It needs grouping. Whatever data is shown in the text box will be send as SMS. A combo will be there to select the date. A command button will be there to show the data in the text box with grouping. That data will be send to users in SMS.
