How to set up different prices for the same product.

    Hi all,

I'm new to Access and am trying to set up a database to track orders from multiple vendors. Here's the simplified lay out so far:

A record in the Order table just specifies product, vendor and quantity. For a given vendor and a given product, there is only one price. I want the user to add records to the Order table without having to manually select the price.

Is there a way via a query to link a record in the Order table to a certain PriceID?

Thanks very much for your help!
