    Regarding Reports


    If I want to send specific fields of an Access Report to a specific place on a Word doc is it possible ? How?

    Use the Word merge to get the data from Access?

    If you've not used mail merge feature before, albert kallal's 'super easy' mail merge Access utility is well worth exploring.
    The code is complex but using it is easy needing just one line of code.

    Many places by googling it. For example on albert's deliberately primitive website http://www.kallal.ca/msaccess/msaccess.html
    The latest update I've seen dates back to 2008 but I can't remember where that's hosted.

    Forum searches will create lots of hits as it's very widely used
