    Search as you type textbox

    Hello everyone,

I have a multiselect extended listbox named listAddition whose row source is a table. I am using this listbox to send the items to another listbox (listAssigned) either by a button or a double click.
I have almost 100 items in listAddition. To make the life of users easy I want to create a text box to search the listbox (listAddition) items as the user types in the textbox. How do i do it?

    Useful information:
    tblName:tblComponents
    field name to search:Components.

    Kindly help.

    Regards

Why complicate things and not simply use a combo-box instead with a built-in autocomplete feature you are looking for.

    Cheers,
