User Experiences White Screen and corrupt Database

They end up with a database in which all forms, reports, macros and modules are missing. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks

It happens. A number of reasons

    database not split
multiple users using the same front end
user connecting via a wireless network
db located on a thumb drive or similar
db located on onedrive or equivalent

I have been researching some more on the white screen issue and corrupt database issue. Apparently, within the properties of msaccess.exe, there is a compatibility property which for one instance had cured the problems they were having. But compatible with what. My database was originally constructed 20 years ago, probably built on Windows 95. Would it be made compatible with that? Is there anything in the msaccess.exe file that would tell me what to make it compatilble with? Getting a bit weird. But then Access does that.

access 2013 will no longer open databases prior to and including (I think) access 2000. But you wouldn't get a white screen, your would get an error message along the lines of 'database not recognised'

is there anything in the msaccess.exe file that would tell me what to make it compatible with?
No, but there are plenty of websites tell you what has changed and what is no longer supported. Here is a recent example
