    Text Wrapping in column headers

How do I make the text that shows in the column headers 2 lines? In other words:
It looks like this: Employee Paid

and I want it to look like:

    Employee
    Paid

    Any help would be appreciated.

Column headers of what? Query? Table? Continuous form? Report? Given the forum posted to, I'm guessing report.
AFAIK, it can only be done on a form or report, and only using labels as headers. Thus the label would have to be short enough to cause wrapping, and tall enough to show more than one line.

Alternatively use code or manually edit the text to replace the space with a linefeed
