Converting Local Table to a Link Table

Hey guys. I recently ran into an issue with changing a property on one of my linked tables. I wanted to update a column i the table top be required. Access indicated that the linked table cant be modified and that I must do so in the Source DB. Well I didn't know what that meant so I simply right moused clicked on the table and clicked on "Convert to Local Table", I then made the property change but now I would like to make it a linked table again.

How do I do so. Im using Access 2016

Remove the local table. Relink the external table
But if you need the updated table to be linked, first go to the external db, and import the table

How do I remove the Local Table from the DB? Where will it go and will I loose the data?

What do you mean go to the External DB. Currently I am accessing the DB through a Share on my computer - S:\OE2000Data.mdb
WHere would the new Table be located

    Sorry Very New at this!!!

First replace the old table in the external or shared db with the new table.
Return to the front end database.
    Now rename the local table.
Next relink the table in your shared db. open it and check it's ok
Assuming it is, delete the renamed local table

Dude, so sorry I'm just not getting it. Lets try this again.

I have already changed the previous linked table by doing the following:

Right Mouse click on linked table --> Selected "Convert to local Table"

Now the table does not have the arrow next to it indicating that it is no longer a Linked Table and the once Linked Table is no longer there.

    CC_Customers

I then made the property changes to the table.

Now How do I simply make this local Table "CC_Customer" a linked table?
Here is my Share created on my PC that goes to a network Drive on another separate computer

I have no idea what you mean by return to the front end DB and rename the local table.
Then you say re-link, AGAIN I'm still very lost based on my initial effort of changing the table to a local table.
