Graph help, grab top 8 values, then order from Highest to lowest.

Ey! It's me again! Worry not Ridders, not asking your help for now

Anyways, title says it. I put the source as a query that takes all values with the label POS (Something to do with connection centers, I think)

ID:	33403Currently only working with the January table (later I have to make a different report that compares the selected month with the previous... or rather, a function that GENERATES it... I can already feel the headache coming)

Anyways, I simply want the bar graph to select the top 8 values, and then order them from most to least.
I COULD just make a query that takes only the top 8, but I need all of those with the label POS saved somewhere. Must I make a 2nd query or what?
Also, in the table, I just ordered them manually with the drop down, but of course, the graph still takes them as they were originally.

    You got me anyway.
In your chart query or sql, sort the required field in descending order and select the top 8. Job done

So, I'm going to need 2 queries then?
One for the top 8, and another for ALL the ones with "POS".
That's gonna get confusing later on.

You know what should be added?

Add an "Order from highest to lowest" in this sheet of the graph. Would make things easier.

Yes .... you can select top 8 in the property sheet!
Also if you use sql or convert your queries to sql you can reuse them with only minor modifications as necessary e.g adding top 8 or a sort DESC etc.
Once you get used to sql it makes a lot of tasks far easier
