    Interactive form

Is it possible to create an access form where the user can add controls such as textboxes to add text. I mean this in form view and not in design view.

What some database applications have is a few user-defined fields where the user can in some setup screen define labels for the fields and the form loads the data into the label caption. Of course this is very limited but will often meet the need you are describing if you just need an extra field or two defined by the user.

    Jishnu,
Colin (ridders) has answered your direct question.

Perhaps you could describe to readers a specific instance of what you are thinking in simple -nonDatabase - terms. There may be some options/alternatives but a clear sample is needed.

I am talking about annual financial report. It should be having tables from the database (I know how to do this) & notes given by the accountant according to different situations (this will change often).
