Is it possible to create an Employee Org Chart on an Access report with attachments?

I have an employee database created that displays each persons position, building they work at, and the shift they are on. I was asked to create an org chart that can be generated to display a hierarchy of rank on a report with images. (Ex. Building A has a facility manager, and under them would be a supervisor from each shift, followed by all the employees that are under that supervisor.) I'm assuming i will need another table to break down the rank of each title/position, correct? In the end, I would need to be able to generate a report by building/shift to display the list of employees

on that shift

, along with their image, in order of their rank.



Is this even possible? Do i need another program to piggy-back off this database?

I havent tried it with the 2016, but its not so good with the older access.

BUT, it works great with Microsoft Visio....you can have access open visio, connect to your table, and boom, Org chart!
