    I am new. Database question

    Hi guys!

I have 2 tables (2 tabs from attached excel). One is a list of all customers and a list of customers who to be populated only. How can I do to have a list that contains only the customers as shown in the field called "AllCustomers_normalized"? This is just an example of thousand records. Appreciate your help

Why do you call the column "AllCustomers_normalized"? Because the data certainly is not normalized.

What exactly are you asking for? How to extract names from AllCustomer? What rules determine who should be extracted?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
