Exclamation Help! New to access and need to know something *SIMPLE*

So here's the deal. I'm building a database for my school, and I need to organize data efficiently. So, when I entered in all the info, I looked in class and saw that a little plus popped up that would let me see the students for whom I had marked that class as their class.

But when I go to projects, the plus isn't there.

This would save me so much time but it doesn't pop up. I have assigned students to this in the same way I did with class, but the plus isn't there.

This is probably VERY simple, but I just need a n answer that the web won't provide.

Strongly advise to use form/subform arrangement to interact with data and not work directly with tables or queries.

    Post your Relationships diagram.

The + sign opens a Subdatasheet. This shows a 'dependant' table where a relationship has been defined between the 2 tables.
Whilst this may appear useful at first, the feature is only of limited use and many experienced developers turn it off completely
