    building invoice and trying to add combobox

    i have downloaded services template and i am trying to add a combo box named employee to the sbfserviceDetails subform. I have managed to add the combo box and link it the query that i created for it. the problem is that when I select the employees name it changes all the names in all the combo boxes to the same name. I am want a different employee name for each line itemClick image for larger version.

    Without seeing the query sql, this might make perfect sense. The other fields are identical (e.g. Service) so the effect may be warranted.

    that means your combo is unbound.
    You need to bind the combo box to the table field, EmpID. in the subtable.
