    Date format

"25"/>L<LL/00;0;_ I learnt somewhere that if I put this under input mask it will force the date to be the 25th. Lets say I want to force the month to be March, how do I put it in under Input mask? Thanks.

Let the user enter month and year only. Input masks are a pain!

If it can be done I would like to know. Thanks. Each financial year in SA starts on 1 March. When I edit a historical payslip I want a field that calculate the first day of that financial year. So if I edit a payslip for Jan 17 the first day is 1 March 16. Do you know a better way to do that?

Make a table - financial year, from date, to date. Then find the record where the payslip date is between those two dates.
