Decimal Places not Showing in the report

I have created a report wherein, the conversion rate of a currency appears.

The problem I am seeing is that when the conversion equivalent is equal to 1.0000, only 1 appears,

the formula used to have it appear in the report is as follows:

    ="Currency: " & [Currency1_1.currency] & " 1.00 = " & [currency1.currency] & " " & [conversionrate]

    CURRECY: USD 1.00 = LIRA 1

This is how it should appear

    CURRECY: USD 1.00 = LIRA 1.0000

if it is a decimal place or have a decimal number, this properly appears

    CURRECY: USD 1.00 = LIRA 1.1234

    Thank you for your assistance.

You don't say what data type conversion rate is. Try & format([conversionrate],".0000")
