    Generating Image per Field Value

I am attempting to create an effect wherein a specific image appears in a form header as a result of a specific value in a specific field. In more applied language, I have a system using the same forms with different additional elements depending upon which "Repository" the form is associated with (Private, personal, or professional). I have tried applying specific expressions and macros to one of three (Ideally) interchanging images on one of the forms to no avail. Not sure if it's my syntax or approach, but guidance would be deeply appreciated.

Cheers and thanks to anyone taking the time.

Provide what you have attempted. Either post code or the database per instructions at bottom of my post.

Are the images embedded in table OLEObject or Attachment field or are they external?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
