Packageing and Diwstributing My DB Program, with Registration codes

I have a DB program that I want to package and distribute on line.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a good program that will package and assign key codes?

many ways to do this. but you have not filled in much.

What kind of DB Program is this? Is it access? Is it an executable? Do you use install shield or similar? Do you plan to store keycodes, have an authentication server or similar.

At the very least I have made keycodes that require users to register of the phone, where the program generates a code and asks the use to fill in the box what the representitive over the phone gives.
