    Row heights not equal

This is the first report I am creating in Access 2016. I want the report to look like a spreadsheet. However, like in a spreadsheet, if the data is wider than a row and the text wraps, it creates a double row to fit the text into two line. But in excel, I can tell it not to wrap and the data is visible up to the point were the row cuts off. That is what I need.

I used the "basic report created from the table or query" and it did a pretty good job. Some items did wrap and now I made the columns wide enough and the data does not wrap anymore, but the row height is still not all equal. I want to set a specific row height, but I cannot figure out where I can do that.
In design view I can set the row height, but still the same field double the height. Also, even if the data were wider than the column, I still want the report to be all single line.

    Help

Try setting the Can Grow property of the textbox(es) and the detail section to No.

No problem. You can mark solved under Thread Tools at the top of the thread.
