MS ACCESS field was truncated after importing Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File

    Hello experts,

I am trying to import Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File (.csv) file into MS ACCESS 2010(32bit) table. However one of the field (data type is text 255 ) was truncated.
I have tried to configure the field with data type Memo . However, the field is still truncated.
What I am doing wrong? How can I fix it?

Would really appreciate for any help!
