    Question Lock/Disable control unless user creates new record in continuous form mode?

    When i have a form in "continuous form" mode.
    How can i "lock/disable" a control when the user reads the data. But enable it when the user wants to create a new record in the form?

    Like enable just control for new records, else keep them disabled.

    Is this possible?

    Possibly in the form Current event:

    Me.controlname.Enabled = Me.NewRecord
