Crosstabs with multiple Values with respect to dates

Hi all,

Please can anybody can give some solution how to make crosstab query with multiple values or more better ideas, Im in the construction company and im trying to make database for daily activity report to make more easier than excel report. and make a report out of crosstab query.

	20-Nov-17		21-Nov-17		And so on.
Civil Team 1	excavation	50%	excavation	80%
	Compaction	40%	Compaction	70%
	Conc. Blinding	20%	Conc. Blinding	50%
Mech. Team 2	Fabrication	30%	Fabrication	30%
	Installation	20%	Installation	20%
