    Printing of separate record

It may be a silly question

i have made a form (as a service voucher) with query, around 100 records.

i want to print them all on individual record per page.

No, but I just lengthen the detail section until one record is printed per page. Temporarily, I change the back color of the report header/ footer so I can see their sizes in the report (preview mode).

i managed to get the answer on the Web.
    Same as in Report

Go to Details, Format Tab, and "Forced New Page

Probably a much better solution. Thanks for posting it.

I've always expanded the details section to force a new page. It has worked for me, but I'll keep in mind the report "Force new Page" property.

    Good luck with your project.......

But i found that the background color of record 1 and record 2 , record 3 and 4 are grey out in an alternative page.

How can i get ride of it and turn all individual page in same colour.. see the above picture. Record 2 is grey

Go to Details, Format Tab. Look for the property "AlternateBackColor" (4th down in A2010).

Both the Section (for grouping) and Detail have the "AlternateBackColor" property. Set it to "No Color".
