    Generating reports with graphs

    Hi

So Im going to have 6000+ peoples data in a excel spreadsheet. I would like to create an automated report generation process.

The excel data example as follows :

So I did import data into access.

But would like to be able to generate a report from the data that will look as following image and include graphs

The report must also be able to assess the results and generate a Green (Good), Yellow(average), Red(Bad) based on the results.
For example 80-90 out of a 100 score gets rated Green(Good) as can be seen in the above example.

Please if anyone can assist as I have no idea where to start.

    Thanks

Access can graph, but they will be simple. (not quite like you showed ,but close)
build your queries, 1 for each
build a graph for each query,
then in a report, put all graphs as subreports into 1 report/person.

If you want Supergraphs, you can always export the data to a pre-build Excel graph workbook.
Excel has lots more graphing abilities.
Youd export the data to a sheet, another sheet already has the graph and would reflect the new data.

I myself just use Access graphs. (rare as it is)

Microsoft's Power BI product is the tool to use now. The graphing ability of excel, recommended by R256, has all been duplicated in Power BI and is being extended in this product at a rapid pace. It is clearly Microsoft's long term reporting/graphing product. So if you are starting down this path it is the place to go. Access has never been strong in visual displays. Power BI can use Access tables as its input (note: must be 64 bit install of Access/Office)....however if Access is not the origination point of the raw data you may instead connect Power BI to the whatever system has the starting data set.
