Field returned in Control Source query not displaying

Simple text box bound to "Name". Control Source is Union query, see SQL:

    Code:
SELECT LastNameFirstNameAttSpouseSAttCYP, [Lastname] & ", " & [FirstName] AS Name
    FROM tblMembers WHERE
    (((Att)=True))
UNION SELECT LastNameFirstNameAttSpouseSAttCYP, [Lastname] & ", " & [Spouse] AS Name
    FROM tblMembers WHERE
    (((SAtt)=True))
    ORDER BY LastNameFirstName
    Run SQL yields:

Notice SQL returns Names: "Bridge, Jack"; "David, Chris" and "Harding, Steve".

I cannot determine "why" those three names DO NOT appear in the report:

The text box has conditional color formatting based on the value found in field CPY:

Nothing really complicated here, but still puzzled as to why all of the "Names" don't appear in the report.

have you got a filter to exclude a record when SAtt=-1/True?

Edit: or only include records where Att is true?

    Thanks,

YES! With the recent addition of "SAtt" and a change to the SQL, any filtering should have been turned off completely.
