Create Interlink Relation Between Excel & Database and Vice Versa

Is there any option in Database & Excel that, I create link between Excel-Database and Database-Excel (For Same Table)

1. Whatever I update in Excel Table same to reflected in database table

2. (Likewise) whatever I update in database table, same to reflected in Excel Table

Access can have live external links to the Excel file, (change XL file, see it in Access)
but I do not think it works in reverse. I think excel must 'requery' the data from access. It is not live.

Also, linking an Excel file to Access opens the file exclusively so no one else can use it. It will have to be set up as a shared file.
