I would like to hide 0's in a chart

    Hello all,

I have a chart that displays counts from three different vendors. Counts of products purchased, per year.

    Ex:
    2016 vendor A sold us 27 widgets, vendor B, 3 widgets and Vendor C, 89 widgets.
    2015 vendor A sold us 9 widgets, vendor B, 0 widgets and Vendor C, 17 widgets.
    2014 vendor A sold us 0 widgets, vendor B, 44 widgets and Vendor C, 22 widgets.

I have a stacked column chart. The query behind the chart is a pretty basic query, widget count, per vendor, per year.
All works great except I would like to hide the two 0's so that over the 2015 and 2014 sections, with only vendor A and C showing and in 2014 only vendors B and C showing.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

    Thank you in advance!

    TD

Perhaps you should apply filter to exclude the 0 records?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

I will look to see how that is done, the chart pulls from a query. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your time.
