    table formatting

    Hi

I have a table with a text field named Postcode

    I used the input mask >LL00\ 0LL;;_

However I have discovered that not all postcodes use this format in the UK in reality they can be in any of the formats below

    AA9A 9AA
    A9A 9AA
    A9 9AA
    A99 9AA
    AA9 9AA
    AA99 9AA

Can I allow these or am I better to just remove the mask?

    thanks

    Ian

remove the mask. Its better to put masks (or not) on the form. It saves having to alter the table.
