Need To Build A Report That Looks Like A Table

I'm trying to build an Access report that looks like a table. What I need is labels on the left side of the table and results from multiple tests in separate columns to the right. I do not want labels to repeat themselves (which seems to happen when I try to use columns in page setup). The image below is what I'd like my finished report to look like. Each of the tests ("Pretest" " 1 Year Post" etc). is a separate record in the query my report is designed off of. I also need the report header to fill in values for labels shown on the top of the table.

You need to create a temporary table that looks exactly like this using a bunch of update queries. Add a sort field to sort it in the order you want.
