Access Date query with other criteria

    Greetings:

Newbie here. I have created a query to pull all the records from a start date and an end date. Also in this query I want to only see the appointments we did not miss. I created the query and under the date column
Between [Start Date] AND [End Date] to prompt the user to enter dates. Under the Appointment column I enter "NotMissed".

I can run the Not missed with no problem, but the dates will not run. What am I doing wrong???? Help!!

What does "will not run" mean? Do you get an error, wrong result, or what? What data type is the date field? What exactly is entered in the parameters?

Thank you for getting back to me so soon, I get the input box that says start date, and I enter the start date, then I get the end date I enter that and the query shows just not missed but not by the dates. Even if I take the not missed criteria out it still will give me all the dates and not the dates I asked for.

Again, what is the data type of the date field? Can you attach the db here?
