    Command Buttons on Reports

    Hi all,

In the Northwind Database (2007-2016) there are command buttons in the invoice report that allow you to Print, E-mail, Save As A PDF orClose the report.

How do you do create these command buttons?

I would like a command button on the report that I can clickon and it will e-mail the report to the individual that I want to send it to byusing a Macro. I know how to create the Macro I just can’t get the command button to work (or do anything).

Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Buttons on report are created same way as on form. If you have the Northwind db as a guide then should be able to replicate the structure in your own. There's no way for us to know where you may have gone wrong in the effort.

I think I know where I have gone wrong. I have opened a database created from an older Access version and tried to change that.

Think should be able to modify db. You said you are using macro, what is the code?
