Step back and in plain, simple English tell us about the business this database is suppose to support.
Start with a typical day in the business. What happens? Who does what to what?
Start with the 30,000 ft level and gradually add a little detail.

Relationships are designed to match business rules, so we need to know about your business.

Can't replicate issue. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Are you saying the database needs to be under 2MB? I can't get it down that much. It's a little over 10MB zipped.

Did you run Compact and Repair? Did you make copy and reduce data content? Not sure I want to download 10mb file with my slow internet.

I did all the above, but it still was 10MB. Let me see what else I can do. Thanks.

What is in this database that is making it so large? I agree with Steve that removing the photos and posting a copy could be helpful.
Please reconsider my request in post #2--what is the business being supported?

I have done everything you suggested, but still it will not reduce to lower than 9 MB. Do you have TeamViewer? Perhaps I could share my program with you on that. Or, perhaps we could do it on Skype sharing my screen. However, I am leaving for the evening in a few minutes and it would have to be tomorrow. I am on central time.

That is bizarre. Removing images, most data, and objects not relevant to the issue then running Compact & Repair should be a small enough file.

Well, you could upload to a fileshare site such as OneDrive or Box.com and post link. Maybe someone will be able to download and look at.

    attached file

Okay, I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I had not deleted the fields that were not important before, but only the content. I deleted the fields and it is now small enough. Customer-Client-Competitor-DB - Copy (2).zip
