Post How to verify multiple fields?

    I have the following issues:
    1. I have one form with fields from one table in background.
    2. There are data fields on the form, but at the end there are 5 fields for verification.
    3. In the first field, it should take the login user from the logged user (I use mdb db and ULS - user level security) and with click on button to transfer on another field on the same form (from logged user into verified user).
    4. The same goes for another 4 fields.

Can you please point me out some hints how to solve this issue?

    Thanks.

Not enough info to give a focused response. Tell us about the database and users and the fields to be verified.

You might watch this video by Steve Bishop re user logins and what is available to each type of user.

    ---

    1. I have form that contains data entered from other users (not important in this case).
    2. This data should be verified by 5 users (supervisors).
    3. When the first user supervisor is logged in the access-app, I get the name with CurrentUser(), but I want this UserName to be written in table after clicking button Verify.
    4. The same goes for another 4.

    I have attached an example.

    Thanks.
