Split Database - OWC11 web componenets

    Hi,

i am using full Access Instance and my users have Accesses Runtime.
    I have split database.

I created nice pivot form which has possibility to input field through VBA.
In order to implement it i had to add OWC11.dll reference - Microsoft Office Web Components 11.0

I inputed OWC file into share disc (where my database is) and added reference in back-end and front-end to it (full unc path).
But users have an error still:

I need to remove programatically reference to missing OWC components.

It is possible to do it via Access (In Excel there is possibility).
