    Clear past data

    Hello,

I am beginning to create my database but first I would like to test my layout.

For now I do not have much. Only the first two columns can be used.

I would like to clear data in the 2nd row, store, when the user changes the first row, terminal, data.

How can I go about doing it?

I have attach the MS Access doc in this thread.

    Please help me.

    Thanks

    Yours Sincerely,
    Haziq
