    Parameter values in report title

I am using a form to input values for a report. The form asks for an “account” and a “year”. The report works fine. I read somewhere that it is possible to put the parameter values in the title of the report. So I added “=[Report]![Parameter Report]![Account]” and “=[Report]![Parameter Report]![Year]”. When I now fill out the form and run the report I get a pop up box that says “Enter Parameter Value Year”. If I don’t put a value in it, the report will show the account but not the year. If I put a Year in the pop up box the report title will show that year (even if it is different from the year I put on the form). Any suggestions why the form title is not reading the Year in the form?

Reference the form name and controls, not the report.

    Do I use the format “=[forms]![form name]![Year]”?

    Yes.

However, Year is a reserved word (it is a function), really should not use reserved words as names for anything.

Thank you. Got it to work. Will change year also. Thanks again for the advice.
